The geometry is a polyomino, formed with 9 congruent squares. This window lattice
is used for the garden and for room dividers. This is also suitable for floor tiles
and outdoor pavings. I have seen patterns like this on the tread of automobile tires
and on the bottom of shoes. This is also a good design for manhole covers.
